Surfing and eating fish tacos, that was his pasttime during the college years at San Diego State. No one in Orange County knew of a fish taco... and that's how it all began for Wahoo's Fish Taco co-founder Wing Lam.
He's a 2001 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award recipient and when he's not running the business you might find him speaking to students at a local high school or college.
