Workforces+ will provide online access to users of part-time labor to build their own labor pools from our database or by adding their current part time employees into the database.
Workforces+ is primarily directed to the leisure and hospitality industry including hotels and motel, restaurants chains, event venues such as arenas, convention centers and amphitheaters, universities, catering companies, as well as organizers of major ongoing or one-time events, such as festivals or fairs.
According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics jobs in the hospitality and leisure industry “overall employment will grow by 17.7% by 2014”. “The arts, entertainment and recreation will grow by 25% and add 460,000 new jobs by 2014”. “Accommodation and food service is expected to grow by 16.5% and add 1.8 million new jobs” in the same time period. “More than 2 out of 5 food preparation workers were employed part time”.
The Workforces+ marketing strategy is to provide these aforementioned industries with online ability for making decisive employee selections for specific job tasks. Screening topics will include; employee work history, training, educational achievements, security clearances, attendance records, immigration status, social security verification, photos and client ratings on their skills.
The Workforces+ website combines an innovative payroll system, which pays employees daily with a Visa ® 4k Mifare® Smart/Debit Card, which also serves as the employees company ID. Customer authorization of workers pay also creates an invoice.
On the employee’s side of the equation, the foundation is the freedom to choose which client, location, job category, and shift time they would like to work. The job selection is entirely in the hands of each individual workforce member. As long as they have been trained in safety procedures, agreed to grooming standards and have the job skill certified by the client, they are free to select job assignments on a first come basis. Each member controls his own destiny in this free market exercise. Workers compete by posting their education and training, language skills, security clearances, immigration status and job history (provide by the web-site).
Workforces+ is seeking funds to refine and expand the features of its online software, develop a management team to address national expansion, sales and advertising and the negotiation of licensing and marketing agreements. Funds for working capital and technology acquisition costs are also needed.
